Meet The Team - Ray Leach 📰 19th May 2020 In charge of the production department at LCM Systems is Ray Leach, our Production Manager. He has held this position since he joined the company 7 years ago, although his load cell experience is far broader than that, having worked in the industry for over 40 years. His very first job after leaving school was as an apprentice design draftsman (back in the days when all drawings were done on a drawing board), where he gained invaluable experience in load cell design and engineering. Later, a change in direction took him into the manufacturing side of the load cell business, where he has remained ever since. Ray’s exceptional knowledge of all things load cell related helps ensure a smoothly run production facility, so all our many customers can be assured that every single load cell that goes through our production department will have been overseen by one of the most experienced production managers in the industry.
